Movies that I want to watch: Just Like Heaven, Chicken Little and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Gosh, this is by far the most stressful thing that is happening. At this very moment I am facing my computer screen (and typing) in front of an inverted screen!! I can't believe I am still on the computer! I tried restarting it a few times but to no avail... This is like a total nightmare!

Can anyone know how to solve this problem????? Argh!!!!!! *PULLS HAIR IN FRUSTRATION*
Anyway, it's quite amazing how I'm still looking at this dumb screen... What have I done.... =(

[EDIT] *Phew!* My computer is back normal! Well, actually the whole thing was like this. I was playing a game. And all of a sudden the screen went blank! A few seconds later, it showed signs of returning. The bad thing was, well, you know, it was inverted! Upside down!!!

A few minutes later, my dad asked me what happened. I said I don't know. Then, he said in an annoyed tone, "What did u do to the computer!?". So, I thought, what did I press before this terrible disaster happened. Then, I realised when I was playing the game, I pressed "Ctrl", "Alt", and arrows as controls. Haha! So, I randomly tried pressing those buttons over and over again. Finally, it worked! The computer's back to normal!! Whew! That was definitely close... =D

Also, I won't be updating here often since I'm building my site... =D And thanks to Alice, my wordpress is now working!! =D

Last but definitely not the least, I got a really pretty gift from Jia Yean!! =))

Yay.... I'm finally hosted! I've thought many, many times if I should try getting hosted and getting a website. I decided to try my luck anyway, and it's the end of the year school holidays, which means, I have free time to manage my site.

The person who is hosting me is ALICE!! Thanks Alice!! It is really nice of her... =) I'll just hope that everything will go well, but I am very sure that I'll face problems! Haha... But I'm sure it's gonna be fun as well... =)

+ My favourite place to do my work at home is on the floor (even though I have a table). I've been told numerous times not to do so because it's bad for my posture, eyesight and what not.
+ I have a thumb that can bend in a VERY odd way. I like showing it to my friends to disgust them. =p
+ I've never had hair longer than my shoulder before. I've tried, but will cut it not long after.
+ When I was a kid, I always hav bruises on my leg caused by bumping around and being clumsy... =(

The Festive Seasons

First of all, it's the school holidays for the whole of this week. It's the festive seasons! So, Selamat Hari Deepavali Selamat Hari Raya to all people celebrating... =D

I haven't been online a lot lately. Kinda busy with my computer games. So, finally I'm back (but will continue to play after this)! Have been playing Zoo Tycoon 2; Endangered Species... The new expansion included some new animals like the koala bear, and some other animals (which I can't remember their names). I had so much fun building cable cars and Jeep tracks around the zoo. The best part was of course to jump into the Jeep in "Guest View" mode.

Also, some people asked me what that picture in the previous post was. Well, it's how a real sea monkey looks like. It was suppose to be animated, but when I hosted the pic on "Blogger", it became static. But now, it's hosted in Photobucket, so you can see how it swims. Basically, I think it looks just like a fish. Hmm...

I was going shopping last night at a departmental store. All of sudden, I was tempted to visit the toy section. Well, the reason was actually to check out some games like "Pictionary" and "Taboo". After seeing those items, I saw the "Sea Monkey®" toys. I still had no idea how those things work. There were not much details on the packaging either. Since young, I made my own conclusion that these things aren't alive and it's all just fake. I mean, how can they put something alive inside a sealed packaging? It's just too confusing =S.

So, today, I went to the Sea Monkey's webpage for details about this thing. It turns out they are some kind of brine shrimp species... Anyhow, I think the illustration (of the Sea Monkey) on the packaging is misleading as the real thing doesn't really look like that... ;D

Finally I finished reading my book (Can you keep the secret), which I liked the ending a lot except a few parts before it was just so sad... And the happy thing is, in 2006, the the movie; "Can you keep a secret?" is coming out! And it's starring Kate Hudson, but can't seem to find much info on it yet...

Also, I finished the Nancy Drew game I mentioned earlier, so now I'm working on the next game; The Secret of the Scarlet Hand. Basically this game is about the Ancient Mayan Culture exhibit, which doesn't really seem interesting to me... Haha... =p

Now, what I'm gonna have is a half-sewn blouse which might not even look like one! Besides, I only have 2 more weeks to complete it. *Sigh*

Yay, so MyFlashBox isn't closing after all... Instead, it's moving to myflashbox.net but not yet. It's amazing how a person can create such a cool tagboard and website. =)

Oh, and since my friend recomended me this game; o2jam, I really want to try it out, but even with Broadband Streamyx, it took SOO long, so I gave up!

Also, I lost a public library book today due to my negligence. It's so sad, I went around the whole school and asked anyone I saw (canteen lady included) if the saw my book. Well, I lost it in the canteen actually. Well, some people that I asked, said that they did see the book, but wasn't there anymore after awhile... =( Well, it's my fault, so I'll just have to pay back. Luckily, it's not too expensive. That book is actually a Malay literature book that I'll need for school next year. Luckily Yu Wern accompanied me to search for my book. Anyhow, I hope it comes back! =p

Before I start, I will introduce 3 new affiliates! Yay... =D. They are Jia Yean, Huey Yun and Lycia.

It has been the Sudoku craze lately in the school, at least. Although Sudoku puzzles have been appearing in the Star newspaper every day for a since a few months back, I have never reallybothered to try it out. Well, until I saw a whole rack of Sudoku books with tips and strategies found at an MPH bookstore. So, I found myself starting to obsess over it! =p A bit only la...I even found puzzles at http://sudoku.org.uk .

Oh, and I actually won a competition! Or so it's called... A week ago, there was an advertisement on TV promoting the movie; The Chronicles of Narnia. Then, they said, if you want to win free tickets, just send the tagline of Epson to an e-mail address. So happen, I just off my computer, so I was like... bla... By the way, I don't think this movie is really my kind of show... =p Anyhow,I took out my handphone, log on to Gmail Wap, and sent the e-mail. I forgot all about it after that. A week later(yesterday), I got a reply! So, it was a preview screening on the 5th Decemberat GSC Midvalley... and it's a pair of tickets! Yay... =)

Yay... new layout again!

Ok, finally I finally put myself together and finished up this layout. I know I'm slow... coz' I took 2 weeks! Yikes! My blog on is now more "viewable" in Mozilla Firefox. But it looks better in IE anyway...

And this November, I can't wait to watch HP 4 as the book four was my favourite! This time I really hope to get to watch it with my friends coz' it's the school holidays!

Also, we were once again left with nothing to do in class. Luckily my friends brought some games to kill our boredom. As usual Yu Wee, brought her card cluedo game and today Nadhirah brought the 20Q game. It's like an electronic ball where you can answer the questions given by pressing, "yes", "no", "unknown" or "sometimes". This game can also be played online, with this description:

I went to school like a good girl yesterday, and guess what surprise teacher has in store for us? Yea, you guessed it right, sewing! Yay.... not! Well, basically i suck at sewing, but it is compulsary for my class to do it. It has something to do with PMR next year or something... Well, turns out we have to sew a... a what? A blouse? How am I suppose to do that? Doubt my "blouse" will even look like one... =p

Other than that, I couldn't help it again, and started playing "pictonary" online again... This time at http://www.isketch.net! And I won... muahahahaha... It was fun la... They gave me easy words coz' I was a newbie and all... and I can't help saving the screenshot as a memory coz' I might not win again next time... *=) Don't mean to show off...

I went back to my old thing today, playing Sims 2. Well, since exam and everything was over, there wasn't much to do, right? Not that many people actually came to school. But we got back our final exam marks one by one... by one... you know what I mean. And then Yu Wern brought "Picture This". Which is something like Pictionary. So I played that game from morning till afternoon.

And today is a school holiday for me, so I was pretty bored at home. I tried to think of what type of activities I could do. And then I realise there wasn't much... =( Except watch TV, play with computer, go online, play the piano and sleep! How sad.... So anyway, I search for a game to play and I found pictionary-online.com. I had fun playing it which was like Pictionary also. It was so nice when I could guess the right answer and when people guessed my drawing right... Haha... talk about wasting time...Hope I don't get addicted...My eyes are tired also... and it's a school day this Saturday! Hope my friends are going to school...

Besides that, I was also designing a new layout for my blog... but then I got stuck halfway (in the designing and coding)... and felt blur. So, I gues the work will have to wait for awhile until my mind is clear again... For now, I'll stick to less tiring stuff... that needs less thinking, maybe? Hehe...

Ok, it's just 1 week that I left the internet world and my computer. And today when I came back (after my exam), I felt so hostile... Well, first of all, I was so left out of the Friendster big update, like the CSS update profile thing, wtv... Oh, and now they allow you to know people who viewed your profile. I didn't really like that, coz' there will be no privacy... Hmm....

Ok, besides that, I have also left my poor little blog. I didn't reply tags on my tagboard either... And I also won "Best Personal Site"(blog) !! Haha, so HAPPY!!! Ok, I have to admit that my blog is not all that great lar.... =)

Besides that, I also want to create a new layout coz' exam is over, and that means freedom, duh! I'm thinking of what layout to do, and this time I wanna make it special and unique. At least I hope so... Hmm... And yesterday, a phone bill came to my house stating that we had to pay RM800++!! WHAT!!!??? Yea, that was my reaction... And looked at the details, and it looked like it had something to do with my broadband internet. So, my dad said that he will cut the internet line if it really is.... When I heard that, I was shocked and devastated!!! Hahaha... Turns out that there was a mistake made by the company in the printing... Gee... Scared me...

And pity my plugboard... So bare... xp Hope you people can fill it up... =D Sometimes, I wonder if it would be nice to get hosted instead of sticking to Blogger. But getting hosted by someone also means that you have to be responsible and the hosts usually wants you to update often. Also, they would want you to have good designing skills.

Whereas, if I stick to Blogger, no one will stop me if I stop updating for a few weeks, or create really lame layouts etc.... >.< So anyway, after my exams, I can go online much more often without restrictions! Hahaha....

Heyya! I'm at Chan's house now playing with her computer... *fascinated* Hahaha, and staring at her big TV screen... Well, actually the main purpose of me coming here with Jean and Mei Yan is to practice.

Yea, and then at 4.00, when we were about to go home, we started to play Ee Yin's Playstation 2. Which was really fun for me, since I never owned one before... We played Burnout 2. Jean and me were shouting like crazy people when the cars crashed and all... =p Mei Yan on the other hand, avoided the PS and prefered to use the Internet.

I really have to thank Ee Yin for letting us come to her house to practice our Robotics... Tomorrow is the competition, and I have to wake up early. We are going there by bus... which might take about 5 hours to reach Penang... =D Ok, g2g... BB! ;)

Hehe, I'm back again, and I just added a new affiliate which is Kyara from and she also has an Award's site. Other than that, Ersalina has moved from Blogspot to her new domain which is HTTP://MAROON-KISSES.NET. Wow, why am I typing all big letters? Haha... anyway, her designing skills aren't bad at all, with her new layout featuring Scarlett Johansson... And the layout is "scarlet" in colour... no?

And well, currently I'm trying out Wordpress, since so many people are using it now. Just got curious. I made many silly and careless minute, so the so-called "5-minute installation" written as the title of the page became the "2 hours installation". >.< Well, it still hasn't work out much other than the installation part anyway...

OK, so next week is the Robotics Competition in Penang! I'm not sure if I should be excited or not, coz' I don't really know what to expect there. And a few days ago, teacher told us that we have to make a journal about our whole thingy... So, well, just did something up. Luckily before this, we did sort of write down some stuff that we did. So, we still remembered bits and pieces of what we did.

Nice sites I visited today: Hannah, Regretless and SwayMyWay

Well, it's official. Schools in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor are closed, for Thursday and Friday because of the teribble HAZE! So, here I am at home, no air-conditioner... with 2 fans on together.... using the net.

Oh, and about the PC fair, I bought a DVD burner, so me and my dad took an hour to fix it on the comp. At first, Windows couldn't start, and I got REALLY worried, like if my files would *poof* somehow, coz' only a black screen with some weird settings came out. So, it turned out that I got some wires in the PCU messed up. So, I sat down again and tried again... When I on my comp again, the usual Windows came out. I felt SO relieved. The bad news was, my original Samsung CD drive didn't work anymore. Worst, I couldn't install any softwares (in CDs) given with the burner, like Nero Express or the DVD player. This is a disaster! How can I carry on without them...

Anyway... I used Windows Media Player instead to try burning a few songs. Thank goodness that worked. But, it's still a pity.... =(

Added a new counter too powered by Dodo's New World. The counters doesn't have ads. So, thats the good point about it, and u can even design your own counter! Love it! =p Btw, I also added a plugboard. You can access it under "Poppies" on the left. Hehe, it's a pop-up page...

PC Fair@KL Convention Centre

Hehe, finally made my way to the PC fair. As usual there were the large crowd heading towards the convention centre and also inside the building... Many stalls were there. My objective there was to buy a DVD Burner. So, the first thing I bought there was that! And then later, I bought some empty CDs plus a new keyboard. As my old one was not in a very good condition. It was really quite fun, but it was very tiring with such a huge place!

Btw, the haze in KL is SO bad. The air really stinks! I don't have an air-conditioner and I couldn't open the windows, if not, the stinky smell will come in. The only thing I could do was to on the fan... Hope the air will clear up soon...

Yay! I just finishedthe book yesterday. Pretty slow, huh? According to my HP freak friend (last week), everyone in the school which has the book has already finished it. Hahaha, I am a slow reader in a way... But the ending was not satisfying enough. It's like hanging there. So, I had to go online, to find a forum. So that I can read what other readres thought of it.

I didn't have a problem doing so, since the friend I mention just now introduced me to HPANA. I felt better after that, since I know that many people there share the same thoughts or feelings. =D

Yesterday was also "buying prizes day". I had to buy prizes for the school's Chess Club Treasure Hunt game. I just grabbed some stuff at that shop. The things they sold there were SO much cheaper than normal places. Like I got the exact same Stabilo pencils (one pack) there for RM3.60 whereas Popular Bookstores sell the same stuff for RM5.40. So, I thought it was a very good deal.

I also updated layout 2 days ago. Now it's Hilary Duff, again. I don't have much idea who to put, so you see... Lately, I have also been trying the aMAILzing forms which I thought was really effective and useful. So, I learned something new! =D Now, if only I knew what MySQL Database is, and how to use it. Hehe...

So two nights ago, I was sitting in front of my computer, as usual. All of a sudden, I heard, "Bang! Crash! Boom!". What the *toot* is that? The sound came from my balcony, so my mom went out to take a look. Guess what she found? A hand phone battery with a broken hand phone which came jumping down from the condominium beside my house.

Weird. I didn't bother much and went back to my computer while my mom was inspecting what it was, and how it came down. Later, came another crash, this time with the sound of broken glass. And this time it was glass bottles. It's just ridiculous. Don't they have any brains than to throw this kind of things down their window.

About the hand phone, I was guessing maybe it went into the toilet, so he picked it up. But it was so stinky that he was just too disgusted and threw it down the window. Maybe that's why it was kind of stinky... *Sigh*

Woohoo! Finally our 2nd tests are over. This week, actually. And on Monday, me and my two frenz, managed to complete our tests at the "Pusat Sains Negara", during the Robotics competition. So in the morning, by teacher's car, we reached there. We reached at aroung 8.00 in the morning, sothe exhibits and stuff wasn't even opened yet.

So, we just sat down and started with out KH paper. Not to mention with all the talking and shouting from other students. It was quite distracting. Ok, let's just cut the crap... at the ending, managed to get 2nd!! So, maybe we can move on to the finals in Penang! I'm so happy that it's during the school hols... So, no worries about missing lessons... 3 days, hahahaha!

I still have my Moral Kerja Amal (Voluntary service) to complete, great! *sarcastic* I also tried using Adobe Photoshop to whiten my teeth in a picture! And it worked! Take a look!

Robotics coming soon

Well, the MJRC 2005 (Malaysian Junior Robotics Competition) is on Monday.
Our team spent a lot of time today packing up for our competition. Teacher
said she'll bring our test papers along to do there, but I don't think we
have much free time. I just hope to be able to do some important subjuects
like BM. And of all days, there will be 3 papers on Monday!!!!

Not to mention today our Sience teacher came in with our "test paper".
Obviously not everyone finished studying. Well, I'm gullible, so I totally
believed her and I freaked out. I mean, hello? It's scheduled to be on next
Thursday. Teacher's acting was good but some other stuff gave it away.
Although I belived it until the end. Thank goodness anyway... =D

And Gmail and Google didn't work on today. Is it my computer or what??? Let
me know of you encountered that problem too. Tried a hundred times, but the
page won't come out. Usually it takes ;ess than a few seconds... *sigh*

They are Kawaiiness, Velvet Kisses, Keep Me Alive, and Vintage Melody. The minute I saw them, I bookmarked the sites. The graphics were really amazing and it kinda inspires me...

And then all these sites have one thing in common. They use "php" format and not "html". Which means their pages all have php at the back. To me, php is still a *blur*. I guess I'll just have to take in all the information s-l-o-w-l-y.... to get into my head. =p

Gosh, I actually bothered to spend my whole morning searching for a decent web host or image host. Sine that "Angeltown" totally deleted my site and all... And finally, I found a decent image hosting site which is ImageHosting.us which I found the user interface design pretty cool! I didn't want Photobucket coz' the bandwitdh is SO low.... yada, yada, yada...

Anyway... yesterday was the last day of our 1st term... *sob* *sob* And I can already see myself sitting in front of the computer for half the days, or playing the piano for the rest of the days. Since my piano exam is coming up and I'll actually miss my school's photography session because of it! Which is my class photo, Chess club photo, and prefectorial' board photo!!!! Nvm, coz' I dun look great it pictures anyway... must well save myself the embarassment.

Also, my supplementary line handphone bill went up to over RM100! A very large sum of money for me. It was the GPRS service which cost SO much!!! I downloaded MP3's actually... feel so guilty... I told myself not to use GPRS for the next few months. [Wonder if that can happen]

I also plan to read some novels this holidays too. Got 2 from the library, 2 from Subana and 1 from Shugi... hehe. Oh yea, movies and and DVDs are not to be forgotten.

OK, today is Friday. Tonight I'll be going to the Malam Kenangan Silam. Only Bri and Wenjing going from my class (I think). My seat is at the side, so wtvlah... Hope I get to sit with sum1 I know coz' my dad and mom is ~~sitting with me~~!! Dunno what to wear too...

Great, and Monday is a public holiday, but that does NOT mean that we need a LOT of homework!! That's exactly what my teachers did though... Exams are also coming soon, starting from 17th May. Sadly, my Science exam falls on MY birthday! Hah... great birthday gift, I suppose?

I brought a camera to school today for my history folio (project). I sat a whole 1 hour in my music school listening to an Aural CD grade 7 that I really don't get. For the past years we had coaching from a teacher, but not this year. I told my teacher that I didn't really get it (I'm not a very musical person, you know?). She told me to write down what I don't understand and ask her the next time. Hope that will work out for me... =(

And what really annoyed me today was, my computer totally balluded (what does that mean?) itself when I was downloading something. Maybe there's a virus or somethng... Yargh!!!! I DON'T want that!!

Oratorical Week

Heyya, this whole week, we spent a lot of time in the hall where we had the oratorical week which was pretty cool (for some reason).... Well, today I saw the performance which is duet acting by the form five's. Somewhat blur... Coz' when they finished I was like, "huh?". Maybe that's what it's suppose to be...

Then we had "Spelling Bee". We had spelling bee in primary school but it wasn't as complicating like this. We just had to spell the words given to us. And I entered... Blablabla... got first (totally by chance) and got a MPH voucher. Which is cool for me, coz' I don't really get to buy books often. If I see a good book adn really wanna buy it, my mum and dad would be, "you can get books from the library" or "we don't have enough space at home to keep books". I agree though, but I like them to remind me... Anyway, planning to spend it on stationery or something... I dunno...

And then there was the "impromptu speech". I was the timekeeper with Mei Yan. We took turns pressing the bell and holding the stopwatch... 10 ppl entered adn the winners were Ka Yong, Subana, Joanne Sue in the winning order. They had topics like money, music and "friends in need are a friend indeed".

I should have see this coming! Arrggh!!! It always happen... And then the pictures will go missing and my blog will luk ugly coz' there's no pic in it. And then... it'll come back out the next day! Huhu... ^.^

I stayed up till 12.30 a.m last night, or morning? doing my History project... Silly, right? I'm worried that I can't finish it before May 2nd (the day to pass it up). It's 20 marks for my mid-year History exam. So, I'll just have to do it!! I love procastinating and that is the theif of time.

And later today, I'm hoping to attend the band competition! My school's in it!! Yay... it's my first time and my parents are going along too.

That day I did my aural English in class and I talked about a library. How pathetic. But I like that library, and I like reading, so why not? I stumbled on some words like "probably" and all... And we were also given an group assignment to write a poem on the title "Friendship"! But poem writing is so not me... I haven't really wrote a single poem before. Thank god it's group work. Though we haven't started it yet...

Sports Day

School Sports Day was on Monday and the only thing I'm involved in is marching! =D That's fine with me. But I admit, that the only things I did after marching was eat. I ate pizzas, coco jelly thing,and snacks. I actually 1 1/2 personal pizza! There wasn't anything else to do, because I was sitting so far away from the performances. I'll just have to accept that fact...

The Sound of Music....

It all began when I bought the tickets 3 weeks ago for the cheapest seats (RM62 each) I could get. I was so happy after that salesgirl in the "Music Valley" shop scrolled thorough her computer finding the best place to sit at the same time fits the budget. I bet in her mind she was getting impatient and telling us to just, "get those damn tickets and buzz off"!
On that day (2 days ago) when I was going for the show at 3.00pm. with my father, there was a major traffic-jam on the way to Istana Budaya caused by the rain I suppose... And when we reached there it was 2.50 and we were rushing to find a parking-space. Luckily some guard were there to tell us where to park.
As soon as we reached the lobby, we got out the tix and they took it saying that they wanted to "verify" it (wtv they meant). So we stood and wait while those ppl coming after us went into the auditorium. I felt like an idiot standing there so long like we bought illegal tix or something... And after a long... 5 minutes, she came back saying there's some computer error and our place was sold to someone else!!! I didn't really got that into my mind yet. And then she continued by saying that she upgraded our seats to "A" (which is worth RM262)!!! My heart jumped with joy and so off we went to our new seats!
By the time we went in, the nuns started their singing and I couldn't see a thing as it was pitch black. And I couldn't see my dad as well. Then somehow I managed to see a staff standing nearby and asked, where is seat no. "T32"? After a hard time maneuvering in the darkness, I found my place but not my dad... Then I just sat there alone and tried to enjoy the show...
The show went on... and when they reached the part where Maria comes back to the abbey and the nun sings to her "Climb ev'ry Mountain". When that ended, they closed the curtains. A kid behind me was saying, "where's the wedding?" and "has the show ended?". Then when I saw everyone walk out, I just followed not wanting to lose out. Finally, I found my dad, and it was actually an intermission. How silly of me... :p.
So after eating a tiny pack of chips selling outside the auditorium and going to the toilet, we went back in together sitting in our original place. Oh, there was also a live orchestra playing which was really cool coz' the music sounded exactly like in the movie! =D So, at around 5.45pm., the show ended. It was a fine show, I suppose... huhu.... ^_^

My IMAX 3D experience in Berjaya Timesquare

So 2 days ago, my father brought me to Berjaya Timesquare after all the pestering to go... Well, that day was a Thursday so there weren't many people lining up, in fact I was the only one who was buying tickets at the counter... as usual, I was a "child" in order to get tickets for a lower price and also special price for my dad coz' he's a DiGi subscriber!

Before I went into the theater, I bought a hotdog at the food stall... On our way in, we were given a polarized goggle-like thingy to put on during the show.... Well, the hotdog was actually meant to be eaten during the show but instead I finished it before the show started.

After the previews and ads, the show started! Oh, finally... ok, I don't wanna talk about the show coz' I don't think I need to and it was just in conclusion, "OK". But the saddest part is, in the middle of the show, I had a nauseating feeling like I wanted to throw up... that lasted a whole night. I don't know wether it's because of the "3D effect" or the silly hotdog but it was sickening!

I think that was about it.... *hmmm....* Hopefully I can go back there again for the "T-Rex" show that is coming soon!!

I am so tired! I just got back from walking aroung this big place which has tons of shops which are wholesaler for clothings. I have to admit that I really "hate"... is that too strong? ok... "despise"... that place!! One thing for sure, I don't like shopping for clothes... I prefer going to shops tht sells computer gadgets, stationery and food!!
